Illegal adoption is an intentional and common criminal act, it violates basic human rights, and the children involved are deprived of the opportunity to grow up in an environment that is safe for them. The article presents the problem of adoption in violation of the law, explains the above concept, and at the beginning of the work explains the definitions of adoption in accordance with the law, and discusses how it should be carried out legally. The following parts of the paper present what the process of illegal adoption consists of, as well as what the process of illegal adoption looks like, it also raises the issue of the welfare of the child against the background of illegal adoption, while explaining what the welfare of the child is, pointing out some of the reasons why individuals decide to adopt in violation of the law. At the end of the paper, an analysis of the law allows us to assess that illegal adoption also fulfills the characteristics of human trafficking.
