In this paper author described the basic issues regarding contemporary polish school at the aspect of safety measures created by state public security system and the terms of educational program implementation. Additionally, taking into consideration the conditions of educational obligation performance carried out by young generation, much attention is dedicated to threats, which can appear today and in the early future, being caused by man and nature. The second part of the article contains the authors thoughts concerning the terms of reference of the school headmaster, teacher and educator role. The proposal of changes mentioned in this article can contribute to the radical improvement of the real status of the polish school.
