ABSTRACT
Continuous changes in the market and the competition make that the organizations look for the new solutions in the field of human resources management. They concern the activity and work both the managerial staff and the employees. The enterprises operating on the market must focus their attention on the employees and above all, on their needs. The effect of such activities is the involvement of the employees in creating the added value of the organization. These projects can be implemented through the use of the coaching. This method depends on supporting the employees through the development of professional skills. It guides the positive changes. It helps to use the capital in performing the professional tasks. Such activities contribute to achieving the organization’s success in a competitive market. Coaching is addressed to both; the managers and the employees themselves. Its application allows to achieve the goals of the entire organization. In addition, it promotes the professional development of a coaching person. Independently from the needs, the scope related to business goals is determined by the coachee himself. Such activities contribute to the development of the staff competence in the organization.
