This article represents detailed analysis of IT solutions in civil proceedings which is introduced by the Act of March 2, 2020. It is special solutions associated to the prevention while combating of COVID-19, other similar infectious diseases and crisis situations caused by them. In particular, the focus was on electronic delivery of court correspondence with the use of the Information Portal, as well as the possibility of conducting a remote hearing using video conferencing by the involvement of participants who must need to stay in another court building during the entire hearing has been lifted. For example person can attend court hearing from his/her home remotely. However, part of court proceedings is the main subjects of the study to assess the need of introduce permanent secure ICT solutions adopted in temporary provisions, as well as to evaluate the scope and requirement for solutions inside the procedural powers of civil proceedings.
