ABSTRACT
Human rights are the kind of rights that are considered universally binding. Already in the United States Declaration of Freedom, it was stated that it was recognized that all people were created as equal, that everyone was equipped by the Creator with inalienable rights, including the right to life, the right to freedom and the pursuit of happiness. In modern understanding, human rights are recognized alongside criminal law, civil law, administrative law, family law, labor law and international law as one of the main branches of modern law. Human rights are basically fundamental rights, meaning the most essential from the point of view of the state and citizens, necessary to guarantee other civil rights, they are necessary to establish the minimum rights vested in each human unit. It is worth adding that today there is no one and obvious definition of human rights.
