This article focuses on logistics in selected palaces, castles and manor houses within the Wałbrzych conurbation. The aim of the study is to define and compare the logistical tasks carried out in these heritage sites over the centuries from the perspective of modern logistics. The research methodology comprised analysis, a review of the literature and field observations. Sites located within the Wałbrzych conurbation were selected, representing diverse forms of historical, cultural and tourist heritage. As a result, the author identified four processes: information flow, supply and storage, transport, and stakeholder service, carried out at the palaces in Jedlinka, Grodno, Strudze and Sokołowsko. She applied the 5M+E logistics analysis method and the expectations-functionality matrix to define the logistics attributes of the sites under study. The results obtained provide guidance not only for the preservation of cultural and historical heritage but also an important lesson for contemporary logistics professionals.
