The phenomenon of aggression arouses considerable publi c interest and is the subject of many scientific studies, media and legal. Years of working in an environment of disabled and socially maladjusted people inclined me to deal with the problem of aggressive behaviour and responsibility. The researches, which I conducted confirm the observations that boys and girls solve conflicts and misunderstandings differently .Sex differentiates the forms of self-destructive behaviour. Negative experiences make the individual aware of what is responsibility for the world and themselves. Understanding another human being, his personality and the baggage of experiences is extremely important. NO ONE can be sentenced to “compartmentalization”. We should look for what is the best in every man and then maybe we can turn aggressive behaviour on the responsibility for oneself, the other man and ... the world.
