ABSTRACT
Abstract. City tourism. One of the fastest developing tourism types
is city tourism. City tourism is connected with managing of citizens’ free
time without leaving the city. There are free aspects of this matter: phenomenon of free time of the urban population, possible forms of leisure
time activities in cities and environmental protection. Large, medium
and small cities develop a strategy for the development of urban tourism.
Such strategies include the characterization of the town and determine
how to acquire new tourists.
