The article entitled: “The analysis of systemic solutions in education for the security of young people compared with contemporary aspects of national security” is an attempt to define and analyze the place and role of the education of young people with an emphasis put on defense upbringing, both from the perspective of its methodology and contents in conjunction to the general reformed system of education. The scope of subjects being described has been divided into defense education and education for security as principal fields shaping social (civil) awareness, fulfilling an emancipation and creative function in the sociological aspects with the division on the unit, group, community etc. It is also a musings on the relationships between concepts, opinions, ideas and ideology, science or culture in this matter. The description includes an analysis of the teaching canon effective within the aforementioned area, displaying the role, tasks and possibilities of a teacher acting as a leader in safe behavior patterns with reference to new trends – threats at the micro and macro scale for the general concept of not vulnerable existence.
