ABSTRACT
Criminological research clearly shows that there is a correlation between crime and other social problems, both at the micro-and macro-social. In addition, significant differences between places of residence can be observed when analyzing the distribution of clusters of crime and social problems The close link between crime and social problems suggests that the work of social welfare services should be focused in specific areas of cities. The organization of police work should be based on model systems which assume law and order conditions the same structural features and a high degree of effectiveness of the functions and tasks of the police with the proposals presented in the work of the police in the world.
