ABSTRACT
The development of artificial intelligence (AI) in recent years has significantly impacted the functioning of organizations and human resources management. The use of AI-based solutions is gaining particular importance in the field of behavioral management, which focuses on analyzing, predicting, and shaping the behavior of employees and other organizational stakeholders. The aim of this chapter is to present the theoretical foundations of behavioral management and identify the opportunities and challenges associated with implementing AI in organizational behavior management processes. The essence of behavioral management, the key concepts of behavioral psychology used in management, and the characteristics of AI technologies supporting decision-making processes are discussed. Particular attention is paid to the use of machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems in monitoring and modeling employee behavior. The chapter also highlights ethical issues related to privacy protection, algorithm transparency, and the risk of decision-making bias. An analysis of the relevant literature suggests that responsible implementation of AI can increase the effectiveness of management processes while simultaneously requiring a balance between organizational effectiveness and respect for individual autonomy.
