Each of us remembers well the teachers with whom we came into contact during their school years. On some remembered with respect and admiration, the other would rather not thought of. How is it possible that one class pupils go to school with joy and other pupils from another class to the educational process and its results consistently provided negative feedback? Did not the state education program, curriculum and grading scale for all pupils in the same year? How is it possible that one teacher constantly complains on behavior and learning achievements of pupils of the class and other behavioral and educational results of pupils does the same problem? These questions will try to find an answer in this paper.
