ABSTRACT
A serious problem in managing an organization is mobbing. This phenomenon not only adversely affects the image of the company in its environment, but also weakens interpersonal relations in the organization. Taking into account the social and organizational climate in the workplace, and in particular the prevailing atmosphere and relations between employees and on the supervisor-employee level, we can indicate three types of factors that may affect the occurrence of this pathology. These are objective, subjective and mixed factors. The personality traits of both management and employees as well as interpersonal communication are also of great importance.
