ABSTRACT
Modernization of the current forms of wills would make the socially desired
opportunity of easier, quicker and more reliable drawing up wills realistic.
Since the current legal-civil turnover is simply saturated with technology, we
are living in the times of e-courts, e-protocols, e-signatures etc., I believe there
are no contraindications to introducing a new opportunity of drawing up an
e-will. Certainly, works related to implementation of a new form of a will, or
a new method of registering a will would have to be preceded with a more
detailed debate in this regard, in a broader community. I believe that the very
issue is significant enough to give it considerably more thought as part of an
enhanced discussion with both law theoreticians and practitioners.
